“I took two laptops to KO Tech to be diagnosed. One was mine & the other my son's. While they were not able to fix either laptop it was not because they were not capable, just that one laptop was beyond repair (mother board failed) and the other was simply an issue with our wireless router at home. Each laptop was diagnosed separately and I was updated regularly on the progress. Once the problems were discovered I was notified immediately. I feel they are an honest and capable business to deal with.”

“I went into this small shop to see if I could repair my grandmothers old computer. The man that helped me was able to explain the outdated programs on my grandmothers computer, when they stopped using these programs, what new programs that specific computer can handle, etc. He knew things about this computer inside and out, things that would take me forever to find online... if I could even find them online. He was honest and told me the truth; that he would be taking my money to repair the computer and the reasons why that is. To me, this showed a lot of integrity. Because of the quality of knowledge and honesty I received, if I ever a computer problem I will come back to this little shop.”
