They sent a fellow Vet who really reassured us with this process and made this difficult event more bearable. We were not rushed to say our goodbyes. When we were ready, they placed a flag head to toe over our father to roll him out. Very respectful. The cremation office was just as professional, patient, and answered all of our questions. They placed our mothers ashes with our fathers so that we did not have to do this task. Gave us guidance in spreading his ashes. Highly recommend them.”

Everyone at Willis-Reynolds Funeral Home treated me like family, from my first meeting with Duane to express my wishes for his cremation, to the day I picked up his ashes. They contacted Social Security, got the death certificates, put me in touch with the VA and let me come back as often as I wanted for "much needed hugs"! When I sent the obituary to Becky, I was overwhelmed at how beautifully she crafted it with my husband's picture and my words. During this emotional time, they shared my grief and relieved much of my burden by what they did for me; I was surprised and pleased that they even had a private viewing room where I could say my final good by and I love you to the wonderful man with whom I shared over forty beautiful years .
