“I don't know how the other individual can rate Dr. Ljaz Rasul with only one star? I've had bipolar for more than 10 years, and I just recently moved to Virginia from Florida. It is always a difficult process to find a good psychiatrist, and today when I talked to his physician assistant, I finally understood why it's hard to talk to him and that is because of the coronavirus pandemic. He is not in his office here in Lansdowne, Virginia, as it is closed due to the coronavirus. So I deal with his physician's assistant who is wonderful, and she communicates to the doctor. I have not had any bad issues with this doctor!! I think more people need to understand how serious the coronavirus pandemic is, and that is why a lot of doctors are currently not in their offices now, but working from home before they rate them or judge them!!”

“I have been attending classes at Wytha Balance for almost two years now. My goal was to increase my flexibility, relax, and work on my posture. Ingrid is a great teacher (the other instructors are also good, but Ingrid teaches primarily). She moves through positions at a decent pace and depending on who is in attendance will alter the flow to include more or less challenging positions. The class is not "hands on" but more of a "follow the leader" type instruction. Ingrid will watch the class however and correct positions as needed. I really enjoy the convenience and family feeling of this studio. Ingrid does run a lot of summer camps and offers children's classes throughout the year.”
