Admin is what it is and you have to do some footwork to secure a bed when it comes available, but it's that way everywhere. Our mother felt relief the minute we got her here from a larger facility in durham. The residence are happy here, they smile and talk, that really says it all right there. Loved ones are cared for like they are the family of the staff, they are kept clean and dry..... how wonderful that is; Its just beyond words. The staff here are mostly locals and it shows that folks from our community work so very hard to help take care of our family members and treat them with kindness and compassion for a short time or long term.”

They not only talked to me about medical information but also were genuinely interested in my personal life.
