“My Mother went to Elizabeth City Health and Rehab after sustaining a broken back. The nursing team was amazing, Angie is exceptional. The nurse assistants took wonderful care of her. The physical and occupational therapist rehabilitated to a level of functioning that allows her to live independently, I can not say enough good things about them. House keeping keeps the facility very clean and is friendly. The visiting nurse practitioners addressed symptoms immediately. I am giving them only 4 stars because the food, about 75% of the time was not eatable and sometimes we were unable to identify what it was. If you can bring or order food this is the perfect place for your loved ones.”

“My initial rating was four stars. I stand by that. After my Father was admitted, they took really good care of Dad. He passed on October 29th, 2023. I found the receptionists friendly and competent. The staff was engaging, professional and concerned about my father. They have a system of checks and balances, to make sure they give the best care. The facility is remotely located. The people who work in the location are very kind, very caring people. It's not a fancy place for a nursing home. It is sparse and looks concerning. You can't judge a book by it's cover. The people working there, actually care about patients. When I saw other patients there, they looked like they were being treated very well.”
