“I just joined Burn Rate Fitness in November. I have never been much of a gym person but after trying 1 class I was totally hooked! The gym is very clean and the trainers are super helpful. Although you take classes that have anywhere from 8-20 people in them (usually) if feels like you have a personal trainer. I love the variety of classes they offer and the variety of times. The membership spans a variety of ages, genders and fitness levels, which I like. It is not an intimidating gym experience at all. Try a class for free...you won't be disappointed!”

“I enrolled my son at Athletic Republic over the winter months. He runs cross country and track and was recovering from an injury. In his first (trial) session, he noticed he had significant weaknesses in isolated muscle groups that he was not aware of. In the 2.5 months he has been attending sessions at Athletic Republic, he has noticed great improvement in his speed and strength, as well as correction of the prior strength imbalances. Track season started this week, and he has noticed significant improvements in his abilities, and all pain free. We will be re-enrolling in future off-seasons for sure. Highly recommend. The owner is also great with communication!”
