I had let things get way worse than I intended, out of fear. I spoke with the angel of a receptionist and let her know that I was nervous, etc., And Dr. McMillan, along with his assistant and entire staff went above and beyond to be caring, kind, empathetic, and most of all, comforting. I can't believe I'm even saying this, but after just one visit, I do not feel frightened to go back to a dentist! I'm so happy to have found this dentist, and I hope I can keep him for many many years to come! If you're looking for a kind, honest, gentle and understanding dentist who will do his best to help you... This is it! ❤️ Plus, from the day I called for an appointment I only had to wait 4 business days to go in; from what I understand most dentists, that accept Medicaid especially, usually have a wait time of at least a month or more. not this one... “Our family just moved her from NY and my son just had his first appointment here on Thursday after being seen by the same dentist for the last 6 years back home and I can’t say enough about this practice. All the staff was extremely pleasant and inviting. The waiting room had Disney Plus playing on the TV (which my son loves ) and had a fun magnetic board for the kids to use while waiting. Once we went out back the inviting environment continued with the assistant Bre (I believe) whom cleaned his teeth followed by Dr. Shah for the exam. My son can’t wait for his next 6 month visit and for another squishy toy! And PS the kids corner and the waiting room was soooo adorable!”
