My hands down favorite has been joining the exercise program, which is run by Renatha. During our almost 3 week visit, no daily exercise program was the same. Who would have thought a drumming circle could be so much fun and be a great upper body workout! She does a wonderful job of keeping the participants engaged, keeping it fresh and really working with each of them to work on what they need to work on to maintain their independence. The men and women who attend this daily program have developed a community of fun, motivation and love. It is inspiring and I am grateful that as a guest, I have been able to participate in this program. Thank You”
