The entire staff is friendly but it seems like he knows everyone and is always pleasant and happy to help. They have added new equipment adding benches and squat racks clearing out any wait times that I had before. Speaking of benches and sqats, I have made significant improvements to my lifting thanks to Ahmad and his willingness to share his expertise.
