Mix of kickboxing and jiu-jitsu classes on certain days and membership is 90 dollars an hour. Recommended to have your own gear (up to 16oz gloves, shingaurds, and a mouth piece to spar) but there are some gloves and shingaurds that can be borrowed for the class. Great place to become stronger, physically and mentally.”

“went to see Allegra because I needed to lose some additional weight, and wanted to be sure I was eating as healthy as possible. With all the nutrition and weight loss info out there, often conflicting, it was becoming difficult to know what the healthiest way to eat, , and how to achieve weight loss. I had been stuck for about 3 years after having lost a lot of weght. I considered myself a fairly healthy eater, but my diet obviously needed some tweaking, and that's where Allegra came in. I kept a food log for a month prior to our visit so she'd have a good idea of what my daily diet was like, and what I liked to eat. When we had our first visit, she helped me devise my eating around what I like, and listened to all my history, concerns, etc to come up with the best plan for me with many suggestions for optimizing my diet for both health and weight loss. After each visit, she sends a detailed report regarding our discussions, and includes some additional menu ideas, shopping lists, and all the discussion and suggestions. She is very accessible via phone, email or text for follow-up or questions, and is really a pleasure to work with. I am losing weight, and feel like my choices now are all healthy ones. I didn't have to make drastic changes, but they were significant changes and have made all the difference. I am much more cognizant of what I'm eating, and it has not been torturous to make changes and start losing weight. I went from feeling a bit lost to feeling a lot more confident about my eating and being able to attain my weight and health goals. I would highly recommend Allegra, whether for weight loss, or just more healthful eating. She is a gem.”

Losinski at Sailview Family Medicine since early 2016, after some appointments with other general practitioners who either had terribly bad and rude nurses or gave the wrong medicine/diagnosis. My husband now sees her also and we drive across town, passing 30+ other GP doctors on the way. Dr. Losinski and her staff always set my appointment out for the next day (usually within about 24 hours) so I’m not waiting for multiple days (in agony sometimes) and then once at the appointment, they get me in right away (I RARELY wait longer then 10 minutes in the waiting room).
