Thanks to her help, I was able to pick up Ultimate Frisbee pretty quickly after childbirth AND was given helpful training that showed me how to ease back into a sport that can be so hard on the body without going overboard. Karen does an incredible job of creating a variety of workouts that are both fun and feel individualized based on where you are in your journey. She can adjust on the fly depending on how my body is feeling any given day - and that flexibility has made all the difference. She NEVER judges or shames me (like some trainers in the past) for not being able to do a movement and instead helps me find the right movement to help build back (or rehab the area that was feeling restricted). She is knowledgeable and trustworthy. Karen is an incredible personal trainer and I encourage anyone looking for a trainer, ESPECIALLY postpartum moms, to give her a call.”
