She cares and took the time with my 23 yr old daughter Shakara to make her feel comfortable enough to ask plenty of questions about her hearing loss, she never opens up to much about this not even to previous doctors. She also showed my daughter the app for her phone for her hearing aids which we did not know there was one that can do so many different things. Dr. Jen was very knowledgeable about the types of hearing aids my daughter has and hearing loss she has the hearing aids were not working properly but still under warranty so she shipped them out and had them over hauled. Her prices are also reasonable and she will work with you we definitely recommend Dr.Jen to anyone. If you like nice conversation a comfortable welcoming feeling this is the place.”
