I had horrible experiences with gums bleeding after cleaning, an instrument breaking off inside a tooth they were putting a crown on that I had to see an oral surgeon to have removed, and very sore gums after each visit. I went for a year not seeing anyone because it tore my nerves up to go. Then one weekend I had a horrible toothache. Dr. Staehling took me on a Saturday and was able to fix it. I have been going ever since. He is always checking to make sure I'm okay and completely gets how anxious I am about going to the dentist. He always tells me to raise my finger if I need a break and is so patient and kind. My phobia is almost complete gone now thanks to him.”
