Now that is not to say that maybe some staff may have needed an awakening but sometimes we the public can be unfair in our judgements of others based on situations. I have not been there yet but hoping to go soon to the Pineville location soon. We feel more patience is needed with all people in this country now and hope this is a wake up call to those folks who have discounted this place and in the future will try to give others the benefit of the doubt in circumstances.
