“I have been going to FLO Physical Therapy & Performance now since September 2020 and have had great results. I started to get back into swimming in the summer of 2020 and experienced heavy back pain. After doing a couple of PT sessions with Chandler my back was feeling 10 times better. I also had knee and wrist issues that I was able to get better through a few sessions as well. FLO also offers great strength and conditioning training, as I have been lifting, working on speed/agility, and mobility now for about 2 months and have seen great results in the pool. “I was on vacation with my five year old grandson visiting relatives in Gastonia. My grandson needed a hair cut so a family friend suggested that I take him to Luck Spot Barbershop here in Gastonia. I was a little skeptical at first because I had never taken my grandson here before. We entered the shop where we were greeted very politely and "ALL" of the barbers were so nicely dressed and professional. Now getting my five year old grandson to sit still in the chair is usually a job if you know what I mean. The young men were able to get him to relax and took his mind off the sound of the clippers. My grandson sit still the entire time and the barber was able to cut his hair without him even crying which he usually does the entire time he's in the chair. These are some of the most professional well dressed and caring barbers I've had the pleasure of meeting. Keep up the great work guys....”
