Staff may be busy and not at the check out, just grunt out or cough loudly and someone will come help.”

“Great bunch of people. Instructors are clearly devoted to student success and know their stuff. This isn’t some mickey mouse everybody-gets-a-blackbelt gym. A lot of professionals training for tournaments. Admittedly have only been to 2 classes so far, but at least from that perspective, it seems to me if you’re serious, this is the place. There are people at all levels. It may be intimidating as a beginner, but students there are evidence that if you do your part - stay focused & disciplined, train hard - they will help you get to where you want to be.”

“At first I was a little worried. The person at the front desk told me it could be a long wait and advised I go to the Hargett St location, 10 miles away, instead. I decided to stay and wait here. It beat driving through downtown traffic and paying for parking. I arrived a little after 12pm and I was brought back to check my vitals before 12:30pm. No long wait at all. The power went out briefly but there wasn't any panic. The provider, Tranh was very kind and professional. Despite the power outage she did an examination and made me feel very comfortable. She is a class act. I left before 1pm and was able to pickup my prescription an hour later. I am very thankful for her kindness and professionalism today.”
