Jo Heather’s coaching expertise and passionate support were evident as she led the three-hour virtual retreat. Should you have an opportunity to attend Jo Heather’s “Fill Your Joy Tank” retreat or work with her from a whole life coaching perspective, I would recommend it.”

The first time I seen him with 20 years ago I was having a lot of problems with my neck and losing feeling in my arm I seen about five doctors and back then all they would do is put you on pain meds and not fix the problem I had answers the first few minutes of my visit and he pointed it out and you could see it as plain as day the damage to my neck he recommended surgery and I had it and he fixed me 17 years later I went back to him because I started having problems again and he did a second surgery that was four years ago and today my neck is doing wonderful he also did what he called a Band-Aid surgery on my knee he went in and resurfaced my kneecap and cleaned out the arthritis and bought me five more years before I had to have my knee replaced next week he will be doing any replacement on my sister he is the only orthopedic I trust and I know firsthand by experience he is a amazing doctor who gave me my life back. I will never go to any other orthopedic. I trust this man”

“Dr Prestwood and her staff are very nice and thorough with exam. Great bedside manners and professionalism. Only reason for unc pediatrics does not receive is the wait time. I don’t mind waiting but they stress being on time and 15 minutes early. They have bee consistently late. At least 10 minutes and the most recent time was over 25 minutes. They apologized, but at this point, it is too consistent for it to be just bad luck. Their business flow needs to be adjusted and addressed.”
