He is always pleasant, supportive, knowledgeable and answers all of my sometimes "panicked" questions. Originally, I was not sure if I was making the right choice (because of a bad prior experience with scheduling); however, we are definitely satisfied customers.”

“I submitted a request for a quote via their web site and 3 weeks later have not received a response. I assume that perhaps my job was not large enough that they are not interested I guess. I needed low voltage Ethernet cabling ran and a quote for a security system which the web site says that they do. Obviously not where they want to spend their time! Update: 7/19/19 Within 24 hours of posting this review someone called me and has been extremely helpful. He will be coming out to walk through our needs and provide a quote for the work. It fell between the cracks and they are demonstrating to me that they get customer service!”
