He impressed me then with his knowledge about my concern and I although I was not ready for any work to be done at the time, I saved his name and number to call when I was. So this past August, Ed and I got together to plan a handicapped bathroom for my 92 year old mother. Ed was extremely helpful with the bathroom design. He listened to our needs and was flexible with any changes we made along the way. He helped me pick out tile, made recommendations about colors and faucets. His plumber, tile men and electrician were always on time and cleaned everything before they left. Ed was always available when I needed him and responded promptly to my e-mails or texts.
