She is not always an easy character and has a strong will. The staff are friendly and amazing dealing with memory issues day in and day out. The size of the facility is perfect for my aunt. She can find her way around and not get lost. All the staff know all the clients. I like that I see familiar staff every time I visit. Walking with a loved one through dementia is not an easy journey. ..I am grateful for the people at Chateau that have helped bring some stability and joy to my aunt down this difficult road!”
