“It was my children and I first time in this restaurant and we didn't know what to expect. We were greeted by one of the employees that worked there by the name of Kayla and we expressed to her that it was our first time. She then provided us with information based on the food that they sell. After looking at the menu and placing our order, we went and found our table. Our food came out very efficiently and was amazingly delicious! We were then greeted by the store owner Emily who then took it upon herself to ask us, "how the food tasted?" and then came back to ask us "to sample their bacon mac and cheese" and we agreed. That was also very satisfying to our tastebuds. I would truly recommend this place. Sidenote: Their restroom is very clean, and you know what they say about restaurants having a clean restroom. I just want to say thanks to everyone who worked tonight, for providing excellent customer service.”

Breakfast is not so bad as far as price if you are getting a bagel. The breakfast souffle are wonderful. Asian salad I love. You can definitely find something you love.”

“I practically eat brooks everyday for lunch the cheeseburger all the way with slaw is the way to go. The only reason i hadn't given them 5 stars is only because its very basic. outside seating only if you had wanted to stay and eat, but maybe thats part of the charm that is brooks sandwiches. The staff is always steady moving. service is mostly pleasant. Very focused on getting the food correct, and to the patron as quickly as possible . They stay pretty busy.”
