She answered all my questions (I had a lot) and gave me several options to choose from. We finished up my paper work in no time. My car would not start in the parking lot when I got ready to leave. Courtney was still helping another customer already past time to close. When she finished with him and locked up, she refused to leave until I got my car started and out of the parking lot, even after I told her I had help on the way. She had to have been there at least 3 hours after time for her to leave. I tried to get her to go on home (but I was really glad she stayed). It was the most fun I've ever had while broke down and waiting for help. Thank you Courtney”
