“I am a 66 old male golfer and was considering purchasing some speed sticks to increase club head speed. Fortunately, in my search for reviews, I came across an article by Par4Success. The article confirmed my concern that my body my not be able to handle the stress. I took the mobility test and failed 3 of the 4 areas. I decided I need to work on improving my mobility and increasing strength. I signed up for the 3 month virtual program and totally impressed with coach and Par4Success online system. The exercise videos are short and easy to understand. My coach (Tyler) is available by email or phone and very responsive. After 2 months, my mobility is getting better and most importantly my golf swing has improved. I feel like it is only a matter of time that I will get to work on speed sticks.”

“How can I start this review, we have been with Dawn, Julie, Ellen and the team at Shining Stars for a little under 5 years!! My son was evaluated with the CDSA, who started him in Play Therapy with Ellen at age 2. Ellen started noticing red flags and called in a favor with Dawn and Dawn evaluated him, and that's the beginning. Julie has been my son's OT since the beginning and she is absolutely fabulous. When he needed help with feeding, she helped. When he had meltdowns, she walked me through them. She has saved us so many "headaches." We also seen Laura for about 18 months, and her and Julie work fabulous together. Laura is an amazing speech/feeding therapist. The administration staff are truly one of a kind. They want to help you. They want to see your kid excel. And Dawn has done a GREAT service to the Fuquay and surrounding areas with this practice. If you are on a waiting list, or looking for somewhere to go, please give them a shot. Its worth the wait!!!”

“My son has been with Therapy Talk for a while now. We go once a week, sometimes 2 if we can get extra sessions in. He has speech therapy with Autumn and occupational therapy with Rachel. I am blown away by any negative reviews, especially with Autumn. Both of my son's therapists have been extremely helpful and understanding. They are both very communicative and accommodating. Any time I need anything from them for the doctor's office whether it be notes or recommendations, there is no hesitation in getting me what I need. My son can be a handful most of the time. Autumn and Rachel are both majorly patient and have never given me any doubts that my son is with the therapists that he needs to be successful. I am pleased with the progress my son is making. He is so patient with Blake and is willing to try different approaches if one way isn’t working. He listens to any concerns I have without brushing them off. Blake also has started physical therapy with Jessica. In the short time that she has worked with him, I can tell that he is getting stronger. I don’t know where we would be if we didn’t have these therapists at OT4KIDS.”

Limped into the office in a lot of pain for my first visit and was able to walk out at the end of my treatment with much less of a limp and feeling very little to no pain. I day later I am able to walk without issues. Amazing!”

“I have been going to Trinity Wellness for all my physical therapy needs for the last 19 years. They are the best group around. The whole staff is nice and friendly. They make you feel comfortable and confident in their knowledge and expertise. I've seen multiple therapists at Trinity, but I've been working with Matt on my two most recent injuries (a torn calf muscle, and a torn rotator cuff.) Both times, he's helped me get back on the court playing and coaching without needing surgery. There wasn't a cookie cutter plan, everything was custom tailored for my abilities and needs. Matt oversaw every rep of every exercise to make sure my form was correct, and tweaked things when necessary. After each and every session, I received a breakdown of what we'd done, and detailed instructions for my homework. Trinity truly is the best, and I highly recommend them.”

“I have enjoyed getting the Hydration IV service at Ascend. Very knowledgeable staff that made the experience relaxing and top notch. I am very active person that plays ice hockey and coaches, along with hot yoga training. Having an IV on a Friday evening before a busy weekend is perfect way to get ready. I feel fantastic after my session and throughout the weekend. I would highly recommend coming out and trying all the services Ascend Performance and Recovery have to offer.”

Their age their nurses their whole staff was awesome even the kitchen staff was easy to work with. The therapist really helped me a lot and I recommend them to anybody . I was away from home for over 2 months but it gwas a very pleasant experience!”
