“I love the Villages Apartments! I live there now and I also lived there 25+ years ago. It is in a great location near I-77 and 485 just off South Blvd. Easy access to the train to downtown Charlotte. Close to shopping but also in a quiet neighborhood and near walking paths. Penny (the manager) and her staff are fantastic! They are always there to make my living experience comfortable and happy. I love the screened in porch and so does my indoor cat. He is so happy to go out on the porch anytime he wants. I even get a small roll of sod (grass) every couple weeks to put out there on plastic trays so he can experience outdoor life. I am happy he is safe and not roaming the neighborhood. I love that Penny is always thinking of great ways to make the community and residents lives better.
