“We stayed at this hotel for three nights on our girls trip. The flowers were absolutely beautiful. Jim took great pride in taking care of them. Jim would sit and talk to us as though we were old friends. We also had a super nice evening desk clerk named Sandra. These two people made our trip worthwhile. They were both down to earth people. Sometimes when I go into motels the staff is horrible.( I have been to plenty being a travel nurse). All hotel staff should take lessons from these two on how to treat guests. Just because we are guests doesn’t mean we don’t like conversations or kind words. They really made our days brighter. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely stay here. The only thing we didn’t care for was the little pillows that were not good for the neck when sleeping. And the bedspreads were two different colors. Other than that no problems.”

They arrived before dawn and had things wrapped up by the end of the day. They provided tarps and moved things away from the house to prevent damage. After the first day I wasn't too happy about some attention to detail, but they more than made up for it once they heard out some of my concerns and understood my (possibly overboard) expectations. I'd hire Scott again even though he probably wouldn't touch my projects with a 10 foot hammer. 🙂”

A simple reasonably priced service call and my repairs were taken care of in a urgent manner! The crew was very professional and cleaned up all of their debris upon completion. I dont like them swooping in as the bins are brought out and they push their way up to each bin as it rolls in.
