“Troy replaced the roof of our previous home that was damaged by hail. He helped us get through the hurdles of the insurance claim process. We wanted an uncommon Designer shingle, which he was able to locate in another city and special order. The workmanship was fantastic and took the appearance and quality of the roof up a level. But it doesn't stop there. Several months later we sold the home. The week of the closing was during Hurricane Florence. We noticed water coming in through the roof, which surprised us because the roof had been rock solid. We called Troy on a Sunday, and he dropped everything. He was out on the roof that day in the wind and rain trying to figure out what was going on. Turns out the roof installation was rock solid--it was a leaky AC Vent Pipe. We got the issue remedied, he helped quell the concerns of the buyer and the inspector, and we had a successful closing. You're not just getting a new roof with Whitt Roofing. “One word sums up my experience with Siliezar Construction: outstanding! The owner came to give us an estimate the day after I called. We received 2 other estimates. Both of the two other local roofing companies wanted much more money for less service. The owner and his crew arrived at our house about 7 in the morning. By 5:00 that same afternoon, my new roof was on and there was not any debris in my yard. They covered my flower beds with tarps to prevent any old shingles or nails from getting in the yard. Other than the beautiful new shingles, one would not know anyone had been in my yard! The owner did exactly what he said he would do for the price he quoted - no hidden costs or extras at the end.
