“Our roof is not leaking anymore! We had a bad storm coming,so at the last minute only Saturday morning, I called Riley Roofing to look at my metal roof over my porch. I knew it was in bad shape! I checked Riley’s reviews, and they were all 5 star ratings - I was impressed! One thing that I really liked was that they actually respond to their customer reviews - amazing! I checked reviews for other local roofers and they were scary. Well, Bobby and his son Jacob came that Saturday and told me what needed to be done. They said they were very busy but they would try to repair it before the storm came in. I knew at that point that I called the right place. So-Tuesday morning they arrived ready to go to work, and they had it all done by 2PM. The workmanship was first rate and they cleaned up after themselves, just like they said they would. Another thing that really surprized me was that their price was much lower than the other roofing company that did an estimate. I highly recommend Riley for any roofing need you might have. You will not be disappointed!”

“I dropped a tree on our home causing some serious damage just before Christmas. After our adjuster came out, we began the arduous task of getting estimates. We interviewed different contractors. David gave us a complete estimate for all the work we needed done within 24 hours. All the others just gave estimates for the roofing and never came back with the carpentry work of repairing the deck and deck cover. More importantly, I wanted to know about the size of his crew, their work practices, approximately how long the job would take, as well as what would happen at the end of each work day (do they haul all damaged materials during or after job is finished). The last question was the most important to me because to me, it is very telling in the quality and integrity of a persons work ethic. That response was, "We clean our worksite every day." Between that answer and his estimate for all the requested work, we made our decision to go with Advanced. I have dealt with a lot of contractors in my 60 years and I have never been more impressed with anyone else. Not only did they show up when they said, but they worked their tails off every time. As they were working, we envisioned other things we wanted as they were building. We came back with four different significant changes through this process and never once felt like we were putting him off. He was never frustrated or short. Throughout the entire process, when I was home, I wanted to observe, ask questions and learn how different tasks were accomplished. David was always agreeable to my curiosity and shared information freely. Now to the quality of their work. All I can say is "Oh My God". “Carlos and his team helped us with interior painting this past week. We couldn't be more pleased with their work! It was a pretty big project with cathedral ceiling rooms, tricky angles and lots of repair work to the walls. They did a fantastic job, the paint job looks beautiful and their skill and talent shows. During the quote process, Carlos took extra time to walk through every detail of the project. His price for the project was extremely reasonable and very fair. He even made suggestions on trim color that we hadn't even thought of. During the project, he was constantly checking in with me, making sure that I was satisfied on how things were going and if I had any questions or concerns. After the project was complete, he walked through with us to make sure we were completely satisfied. Needless to say, we are very satisfied! Got a quick response, Ernesto, on of the contractors, came out that same day for a roof inspection, was very thorough and gave me a very reasonable quote and said they could schedule me in the the next day of the day after as they had another job close by. The Zarate crew was there the next morning on time and did a great tear off of 2 existing layers of shingles and a great job of installing the new roof using top grade roofing materials. Initially i thought i had a leak comming from inside my home but water was finding its way in my home thru the roof. I have a pretty good roof about 30yr life span but i have some spaces in my shingles. He filled the spaces in and also cleaned my gutters. After the job was done i had real pictures of the work. When I had issues with a leaking problem around my chimney they were at my house to fix the problem. I have also had them to fabricate and install a chimney cap. This cap is huge and heavy built!
