We switched to Commercial Solutions when the Stevens TPO material failed and Baker Roofing, the company that installed it, did not inform us the leaks we were experiencing were due to a material failure. Thankfully Commercial Solutions properly diagnosed the issue and then installed a new roof which finally addressed the ongoing leaks we had been experiencing for more than a year of trying to work with Baker. The installation was flawless and was completed on schedule with minimal inconvenience to our tenants. We have had no issues since the new roof was installed or with more recent work done by Commercial Solutions to accommodate equipment placed on the roof in support of a tenant upfit. Commercial Solutions recently went above and beyond to help us when one or our first floor commercial spaces began experiencing a leak at a storefront window. After months of not being able to find anyone willing to address the issue, Scott sent someone out and they quickly identified and corrected the leak. Exceptional work. We really could not be more pleased.”

“Having recently experienced wind damage for my roof (missing shingles and a leak), I asked for a recommendation for a roofer from a general contractor friend of the family. I was given the contact information for Elliott Ortiz with Alpha Omega Construction Group. Elliott established contact quickly and was able to inspect my roof and concurred that a replacement would be prudent (he also gave the option for spot repairs). Elliott walked me through my options for replacement or repair and explained the pros and cons of each option without pressure on my decision making. I ultimately decided to go with the roof replacement and once the materials were selected, I had an install date for one week later. The actual install was performed with an extremely capable crew and took two days to complete. The Alpha Omega crew also took precautions to protect the areas, shrubs and gardens near my house and did an excellent job with cleanup of all materials and nails. Elliott and the job supervisor both stopped by (separately) to inspect the installation and had already identified all minor issues I had with the initial installation and even pointed out few extra issues that I missed. Everything was taken care of within days of the initial installation. Final payment and job closeout with Elliott only occurred after I was satisfied with the final installation walkdown. I cannot recommend a roofing company more than Alpha Omega Construction Group. Elliott Ortiz was fantastic to work with and his priority was to always ensure I was happy before moving on to the next step. The new roof is fantastic to look at and the leak is gone after a few rain storms.”

Having a long history in the industry and having an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau was important to us after hearing horror stories from friends. From the initial inspection to the finished product we are more than pleased. Matt, our initial contact, came to the house and took the time to explain all of the options on products, colors, time frames,, financing options and the great warranty! He was very professional and not pushy like I was expecting. . Once the financing was approved and paperwork signed the process went very quickly and smoothly. We had our roof within two weeks and it would have been sooner if not for the weather. The crew was great, cleaned up the yard after they were done. Definitely recommend!”

“We hired Seven Generations Build Group to construct and finish out a 2400 square foot Barndominium in Johnston County. The Worldwide Steel building has a 1000 square foot in-law apartment inside, the remaining 1400 square feet is a finished garage. Tyler, the owner, came highly recommended and certainly lived up to expectations. Tyler and Don provided a written estimate of costs and updated us every two weeks on estimate vs actual cost. There were several aspects of the project which had to be revised due to the availability of materials. Tyler worked with the engineer to accommodate those changes. Tyler was always available to answer any questions and often recommended energy efficient choices such as spray foam etc. The building was finished several months ago and the average electricity bill has been around $1.20 a day cooling both the residence and the garage. Tyler and Don handled every aspect of the project to include foundation, building erection, framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, septic, insulation, painting, cabinet install, door and window install, painting and flooring. I would highly recommend Tyler and Seven Generations Build Group for your next project!”
