Albert made the process simple for me with no issues. Another thing worth noting is that with the company having Sean Albert onsite it actually makes me feel better. Sean Albert noticed someone different was at my unit one time. He just alerted me via text. I had forgot my buddy was going by my unit that day. So all was good. But the fact that Sean Albert cared enough to alert me speaks volumes! You cant get this type of service from automated services. Im not saying they do this for everyone, but Im thankful that Sean Albert was there onsite and let me know. This is reason alone for me to choose this location and Sean Albert for storing my items because he really does care about the customer experience. I started my reservation at the WT Harris location with Jesse the store manager who was awesome and very helpful but once I got to the location, I needed a bigger unit and Jesse referred me to their next location on Sharon Amity. Not only did he refer me he called and set everything up while I was there. Ms.Carol at the Sharon Amity location was very helpful with getting the new unit setup over the phone with Jesse and once I arrived at her location. I had a problem with my unit space.
