Phillip was my representative and he was patient and calm even though things were backed up and there were some employees out that day. Phillip treated me like a VIP. He got me a great ride home as there would be a delay due to the busy day, and kept me informed of the service process. New brakes, oil change, fluids topped off, tire rotation, state inspection all done at less than the quoted price.
