The order process is simple but I highly recommend calling and speaking with them to avoid order mistakes. I personally gave them the size of the blinds and they build them as if the measurements were for rough opening. This was my mistake. This is why I highly reccomend speaking with them before submitting a large order. They helped quite a bit with an oops reorder but calling and speaking w ith a live person will avoid mistake. They are great to work with. I would definitely buy from them again.”

Instead of being greedy and charging me for something I didn’t need, the service writer Jacob told me to go and buy and new filter and he would install it for me. It appears that at the last PM previous dealer did not tighten the cap all the way and eventually started leaking. No charge this time other than a new filter which I didn’t use, but kept as a spare!
