“I love this location! I have a tractor supply near me in Denver NC but I grocery shop in Mooresville once a week and recently put this store on my permanent visit list! I feed the wildlife in my yard and they have the best, and lowest price food for my needs! The store is organized and clean with a high end look to their clothing section. It's so much nicer than the Denver location. The manager and employees act like owners, such a positive experience every time!”

“I take my cat here even though it's about 30 minutes from where I live because they are so kind. They are really good with my cat. She struggles and sometimes growls during the exam, and the staff are nothing but sweet and patient with her. They provide excellent care, recommended cost saving options, and seem happy to answer questions. They also have never ordered unnecessary tests, so I trust them when they say my cat needs something. I'm happy my friends recommend them to me.”

“I love the caring and helpful employees here. Lori, especially. Many clients rescued their pets, & the employees go out of their way to be supportive of pet owners and adopted pets. If you can make your appointment online, it is your best option. They are busy, & you may have to wait a month or more to get your pet fixed on a Tuesday or Thursday. Other vet services are offered Monday, Wednesday & Fridays. The care your pet needs following surgery is explained well and written out for you. They are efficient & well-organized. I was surprised by a charge for medicine for my kitty, & it took awhile to understand, & it was embarrassing to need to pay money I did not have on me. I also didn't understand that the deposit I'd paid for my next kitties to be fixed would still be there once Animal Health covered their part of the payment for the first ones. I would recommend clients be told this when they first question a deducted deposit amount for future services. It helped to meet with Lori privately and have the invoice explained as well as to learn payment plans were available if necessary. I was blessed by another client behind me paying the extra $18 I owed. She said she'd been there and not to worry. I hope I will get the chance to "pay it forward."”

The staff and Dr Pennea were amazing with her. Found the problem and gave us medicine , a rabies shot and exam for a very affordable price. “If you are looking for a professional that will really care about your animal, then this is the place for you. I asked so many questions and Dr. Sprinkles was so patient. He answered every single one making sure to not leave out any details. Whether it was a tip about what shampoo to use, aromatherapy for dogs or about why she was so itchy he made sure that I had all the info I needed. The staff is incredible. Giving my baby peanut butter (making sure to ask first) and treats to make her feel more comfortable. They even put soothing aromatherapy scent in the rooms for your pets so they feel as relaxed as possible. They are truly on top of things. On top of everything, they do not overcharge for their services. They are reasonably priced and that is a reflection of how much they care for their patients. As long as I live in this general area, I will be taking my baby and any future fur-babies here for the care they need. I recommend anyone else do the same.”

“Dr Davis is a GREAT vet. He is always there for questions you have and will answer via e-mail or phone call. My dogs really like him and it's wonderful to have him come to us. We are in Monroe and he's in Mooresville but he drives all that way whenever we need him. He stays about an hour or more and you don't get that when you visit a vet. He is very gentle and we couldn't be happier”
