“Dillingers in Pittsboro is a fun experience and features a robot that delivers your order to your table. It's really caught on so sometimes it is a little hard to get a table around lunchtime. They recently upgraded their menu greatly expanding the available options. They may have gotten a little ahead of themselves, however. Today when I ordered the newly added roast beef sandwich I was told they ran out of roast beef. My second choice was the newly added Reuben, but I was told they hadn't yet gotten any corned beef. So, I settled for a cheeseburger. As always, a good choice as a large patty, nicely cooked medium rare arrived on a delicious bun. They have a double-burger on the menu, but the regular burgers are so big, I don't think I could eat one. Despite the busy scene, the wait staff always keeps on top of things with homey, pleasant service. I think much of their staff has been with them since they opened. Anyway if you're looking for a pleasant place with a nice selection of good options, give Dillingers a try. I think you'll like it.”

“A refreshing change of pace from the traditional. My wife and I have both switched to Helen and her team for our PCP. Nurse Rhonda spent 2 hours with me today just asking questions and letting me talk about all my medical frustrations. It’s so strange (in a good way) to have a medical professional actually listen and inquire about what’s going on instead of shipping you out the door with a RX and scheduling you out 90 days for another check up. Also nice to find a medical office not tied to a for profit hospital, pharmaceutical company, or insurance company. Our first impressions have been fantastic and we hope to continue to utilize their services!”

They are available and address any issue that comes up. I like that it's a safe and very clean well kept complex. I'm confident the people leaving me negative reviews do not know how to act civil and respectful of others. I would recommend the Crossing to anyone from serious students to family or retired folks. “Just wanted to say if you have never experienced true love of a Dr then you haven't meet this group of people here! My son went in at a late pm walk-in emergency situation and they never once blinked an eye and took him right on in and handled what had to be done and properly the first go around ! The staff from the time I called til the time he left there was nothing but totally respectfully and very understanding and compassionate ! I would recommend this place and trust me I am not one to give sure of a review when we were use to our same ENT Dr for over 30+ yrs but he moved away ! Thank you again to all the staff at the Sanford location as you ladies were super awesome and I truly was in tears and you all took a mother's worries away for sure ! He could have lost his hearing the but thanks to this office and Dr.White he will be back to normal soon enough !”

“As always, I don't normally leave reviews for chain places simply because I expect the same level of quality and service from every chain location no matter where in the country I am. So if I decided to do so, something very positive or very negative prompted the review. That is the case here. It was the staff that received this rating. I placed an order online and when I made a change, it reset my crust selection. I did not catch it until the confirmation text. When I called, unfortunately for me, I was informed the driver had already left. Fair enough. When he arrived, I explained the mistake and asked him to donate the pizza to anyone so that it would not go to waste. He asked me several times if I were sure, but I know me and if it's something I don't like or want, it's just going in the trash and I hate wasting food. He took the pizza and asked if I had already paid online and I had. So he said that he would see about either a replacement pizza or at least a refund. I told him not to worry about it as it meant he would lose his tip and he did deliver the pizza. He was very polite and we parted ways. A few minutes later I received a text explaining that they were going to remake the pizza and he would be right back. This error was not his fault nor the store staff's fault and yet they went out of their way to correct the issue. They absolutely deserve this rating. I would make it higher if I could because that is the kind of customer service we need in all industries. Way to go guys and gals!”
