“I was scared to come here because of the reviews but the line was very fast, girl with red hair in DT was very efficient. The fries were perfectly seasoned! My only complaint is that I ended up with a few small pieces of bacon in my chicken tender meal—but I don’t eat pork. Even so they couldn’t have known lol so overall great service”

“Sometimes you just stumble upon a place by complete accident when you aren't in a hurry to get home. We had gone to a distillery on the way home. The lady told us about a local rodeo that had food trucks. We went. My food truck server was wearing a hat from here. I inquired what it was and where it was. It was on our route home. We stopped. Grandslam Homerun. Truly a breathtaking view of the river and just a beautiful building. We had beer that was good. They were having an oyster roast. One of my relatives went for it and ate his weight in roasted oysters. If you are in Elizabeth City you really need to make this place a stop”
