“I am so grateful for Jason and his team at Cottman Transmission. I was referred by another location and had my car towed here. It wasn't the plan that day when I tried to take a spontaneous vacation!!!! Nope... but I'm so glad he was so kind from the moment he answered the call. It was a Friday and they were closing soon... yet I was able to get it towed in time. (They do have a key drop). So they gave a quote on Monday I paid in full and that's when the magic happened!!!! They replaced my transmission with a new one but it wasn't acting right codes and such. Jason wasted no time to get the issue fixed... still not to his liking he ordered a new one AGAIN... and BOOM. I'm back on the road sailing. It may have took a few weeks(or more lol) which is NOT THEIR NORM... but I felt safe knowing they were making sure EVERYTHING was working right. They even found issues with my mounts and fixed those too. I love that this place offers a fast turn around and multiple options to fixing your transmission. I feel safe knowing I can hit the road with a new Transmission and a warranty (A damn good one at that!!!) To all those guys who worked on my car I appreciate you for keeping me safe. Thanks for all the suggestions too! I was able to fix even more issues. Lol 😆 🤣 so to the folks wondering if rebuilding or getting a new transmission is worth it... “The owner here is so very nice. I had zero problems coming here with a service animal and one day I had my other dog in the car with air conditioning on a really hot day, but yet I was worried about leaving her temporarily and she allowed me to bring my friendly dog in although not service animal certified. It’s this kind of compassion that I appreciate and I come to this store all the time. Great place to get essentials when your not wanting to drive all the way to Walmart, it’s at a very convenient location so that us country dwellers have a store to shop at. The prices are really great. I also enjoy coming here and allowing my ten year old to make a purchase for practice with math being a consumer. The cashiers are very friendly and supportive of this. My only semi complaint is that I wish the clearance had better clearance prices. This goes for all dollar generals I’ve noticed. More than two times have I gotten something out of clearance only to find it at an even cheaper price on the shelf. So do not be fooled by clearance prices.”

“This place is so cool. We decided to check out this place for lunch. It's has such relaxed vibe to it. It's super simple to use your phone to start your tab and they bring everything to your table. People check in on you and clear your table. The beer is delicious. Their salads are so yummy. I recommend the Bright Penny salad with shaved beef. Their pizza is so good too. We got the Mash potato pizza. Think a loaded mashed potato on pizza. Sounds weird, but it works! Oh my goodness...I have to talk about the deviled eggs. They offer a variety of deviled eggs and you can order flights of eggs. They were so damn good, y'all. You can eat indoors or choose from a seat out on the deck, or picnic table on the lawn, or a table in the beirgarten area. A super nice place to spend a Saturday afternoon. Check this place out.”

“I contracted DML to basically redo the entire outside of our house. Roof, gutters, siding, windows, doors, screened and enclosed the existing porch, and even had them redo all the plumbing with installation of new vanities, shower, and associated fixtures. Excellent craftsmanship and reasonable price. The owner Larry was great to work with and all the crew and team members used for the various aspects of the remodel were friendly and professional. Chris who oversaw most of the work and did the plumbing is excellent at his craft, was always willing to answer any questions, knock out any small tasks that would pop up, and very friendly. I highly recommend using this company for any of your remodel needs from small to large projects. I could not be happier with the work done and it made our old modest house look new.”

“I visited Garden of Eden Florist last week asking to have a boutonniere made for my daughter’s bf for their homecoming dance just a few days away. I had no idea how to approach the process (what flowers to use or what color scheme to work with), but Dave at the front desk was helpful, provided pricing which was very reasonable compared to online pricing I had seen for local florists, and he suggested I chat with the designer to get some ideas. The owner/designer was welcoming and lovely (unfortunately I forget her name) and we chatted about my vision for the piece, she inquired about the colors my daughter and her bf would be wearing and suggested ribbon colors and flowers she could use. She even walked me outside of the store to show me flowers and succulents she would use in her design. I was so excited about seeing her creation. In addition, the ordering and payment process was simple. I returned on Saturday morning to pick up the boutonniere. It was exactly as I envisioned and more! My daughter and her bf were very happy with it. Thank you so much for your great customer service.”
