Since I have been here the office staff has turned over 6 times, and it was a horrible experience We now have a new team (they work well together). They are approachable, they get any residential concern taken care of quickly. You aren't nickled and dimed for EVERYTHING, and aren't made to pay for "amenities" that you don't want or need.
