Walker and Jason are top notch guys and quickly got me in the shop. “We arrived about 530 pm on a Sat evening. It was busy but not slammed, there were a few empty tables. We were seated quickly and our order taken shortly thereafter. They were out of chicken and also out of brisket. Beverages arrived in just a few minutes but it was approximately 50 minutes before the food arrived. Pulled pork and ribs were both very good although room temperature, not hot. Slaw was good, green beans a little dry but still good. Roasted potatoes were heavily spiced with cumin, not very good to us.Our waitress, Emma was very good and attentive. Overall a good experience, hopefully improvements will come as they work out the kinks.”
