Atmosphere: 4/10 - The interior presents itself well, but the floors were as slick as ice, posing a safety risk. The men's restroom door was noticeably dirty, and the issue with the floor wasn't acknowledged by our otherwise friendly waitress. BBQ Bacon Burger: 4.9/10 - Just an average burger. The meat quality was decent, but it was let down by the lack of seasoning. Loaded Fries: 4.5/10 - A good concept for a side dish, but they arrived cold, which was a letdown. Philly Cheese Steak: 6.6/10 - The best part of the meal. It came in a satisfying portion and had a perfect mix of cheese, onions, and peppers. I'd order this again. Value: 6.5/10 - The bill for a party of three was $50 plus tip, which seemed fair for the quality. However, the overall flavor profile was too basic for my taste.”

“I have a 2013 F-150 that hadn't had air conditioning for a couple of years.After without it that long I was afraid it could have caused other issues within the computerized components. I took it to Doug and he set me up a date about 2 weeks out (vacation week) to bring it to them. He was there expecting it the day he said bring it and the next day I had air, thank goodness. So in a nutshell I had a cool summer thanks to Doug and his fine mechanics. You want it right, take it to Doug. Thanks Doug!”

“My wife unexpectedly needed inpatient rehab care after recent back surgery at Baptist Hospital. After learning that Salemtowne's rehab center was an option for her, we were carefully and efficiently guided through the process to get her there and it was the best case we could have imagined (or not imagined!) to get her on the road to recovery. She was a patient there for 10 days and everyone in the facility treated us like they would treat a member of their own families. The administrative and nursing staff members were top notch and the therapy team was better than we could have thought possible. The facilities are state-of-the-art, thoughtfully designed and made the time there as comfortable as possible. The quality of the food was excellent and the choices were plentiful. The best part? Our 8-year-old yellow lab, Penny, was able to spend a majority of time in the room with her. The therapeutic benefit of this alone made Salemtowne stand out to us and all who visited us there. Her time at Salemtowne has undoubtedly set her up for the best possible long term outcome post-surgery. We would recommend Salemtowne to anyone and are so lucky to have such a wonderful center right here in our hometown.”

Michael Dean (sales) is so easy to work with, informative, patient, and accommodating. The measure guy made recommendations b/c the last countertop was not really installed properly. And the installation team did a superb job leveling the countertop on uneven cabinets (I was worried & then very impressed).
