  City Seamless Rain Gutter and Patio Covers transformed our backyard with our Alumawood patio cover and new seamless rain gutters.  We went from never using it to sitting out back on a daily and nightly basis. I want to say that we’re very impressed by the outcome.  The attention and detail that Cody and his crew put in was above and beyond.  It dressed up our house so much and we couldn’t be more pleased.  
  
  We compared prices and got bids from many other patio installing companies and City Seamless was priced reasonably.  They aren’t the cheapest but a requirement we had was to use a licensed contractor with insurance who was legit.  These guys had the best warranty and we felt confident going with them - and we are so glad we did! Cody came over to give us an estimate, and answered a lot of questions. He gave us a lot of different options and helped us choose the best fit for our vision.  Cody promised to have the work completed in three days and he was done in exactly that time. His crew was awesome, they were very neat and organized. One of the fans I purchased was not working properly and the installer came over to uninstall it and replace it when the new fan arrived. We had fans and lights and all the bells and whistles.  We have gotten so many compliments on the patio cover. Thank you City Seamless!!!  
  
  Oh I forgot to mention the seamless rain gutters.  They dress up the house amazingly.  It’s pretty surprising since I never gave them a second thought, but they actually make the house look better than ever!  Our old gutters were falling down and didn’t work too well, and it turns out part of the issue is that they were clogged and plastic.  We got new seamless gutters installed with leaf guard as well as a decorative rain chain in the front entryway of the house and it looks fantastic.  I’ll update this post with photos during the day.

  We are super happy with this company!  We recently bought a new house and the rain gutters that were already on the house were clearly damaged and we knew we'd have to replace them or at least repair them.  After a big rain storm this spring, we realized how bad our gutters were; they leaked everywhere.  
  
  We found City Seamless Rain Gutter and called to schedule an estimate.  Kent came within a week, called when he was on his way, was professional and helpful during the initial inspection and gave his recommendations - and saved us money!  We hired his team and they did an amazing job replacing all our rain gutters last weekend.  The installers arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, cleaned up and left no trace.  The new gutters are beautiful and match the house and color perfectly.  During installation, one of the crew suggested we re-route one existing gutter to help improve drainage which made perfect sense once they explained it,  taking into account the the roof structure. It rained a bit since the installation and we saw no leakage from the new gutters.  We'll inspect them again after the next big rain but I feel confident there will be no problems.  
  
  We also got a patio cover from them and we are so pleased with our new cover. Cody, who did our patio cover estimate, impressed us with his knowledge and experience, and fair pricing.  We got 5 other bids.  His crew was so respectful and detail oriented, they even painted the bolts the same color as the posts!  Our cover looks so much nicer than our neighbors, we are super happy with the project. There was a delay in start date but their office was in frequent communication so it wasn't an issue. I would give them six stars if the max wasn’t five stars!

  I called them and they come and give me a very reasonable estimate. They did an excellent job. They were knowledgeable and I had confidence that they would do a good job. They delivered. I don’t necessarily look for the best price but they were competitive compared to other estimates. They were friendly and professional and I am happy!!
