(December 30, 2022, 9:10 pm)My lock would not work so I called the emergency line to request help. Andre the maintenance man came under 15 minutes to respond. Also Ron the supervisor came to help after some time the lock was removed and repaired. Great teamwork guys thank you!!!!

It took me 2 months to get some issues straightened out but Chris followed up with me consistently. I finally got approved, I’m having a new baby so I’m excited. Thank you Chris for all your help.
