Hal Snow - State Farm Insurance Agent

We met with Hal (at the Alamo Building on Rte 747!) in January 1985, having just immigrated (legally) to USA. Long story short, we have stuck with State Farm ever since, mostly due to the excellent and dependable service and advice he and Greg have given us. And my wife and I always love the birthday messages from Janet!

Unfortunately I have had to call upon my State Farm agent recently. You know anytime you have to deal with insurance, it's generally unfortunate and not a way you want to spend your day or time. Hal, Greg and Janet are three of the most polite, professional and courteous people you'll ever meet. They make the unfortunate process of filing a claim as pain free as possible. In fact on my recent claim, Greg was great help. He spent a considerable amount of time walking me thru the entire process and making sure, without hesitation, the actual "Claim dept process" went well too, including following up. They are very friendly! They are extremely knowledgeable about all of their products. We have had all of our insurance with them for years and some of our bank products too. Any time I call with a question they are very prompt and thorough.
