    Straight forward set up, pricing, and incredible customer service from Jay. Jay was thorough, helpful, and made the process easy during a stressful time (moving). HIGHLY recommend.

    Tip: google directed me to the back entrance. Front desk is off Cinnabar :)

    Had an excellent experience at this location today! Rich was very knowledgeable and friendly! He made the whole moving situation which is typically stressful easy!

    I enjoyed working with Rich setting up a storage unit and finding that the site is well protected and clean. All of the process was easy to follow and well documented. I would have given Life Storage 5 stars but their unit prices were not as low as I would have hoped for, but then, considering the economy, I did not really expect them to be low.
