This is the best place to take your animals. Every single person that works there cares deeply about your animals. We had to have some substantial dental surgery and I was feeling worried. However, when I dropped him off with Dawn, I felt a huge sense of relief. She was so caring and kind and I knew he was in the best hands. I’ll never take any of my animals anywhere else.

Alex, at the front desk, answered all my questions calmly and if she didn't know the answer she went back and asked the vet and/or vet tech right away to provide me with information. She never seemed annoyed and I genuinely felt she was concerned about my pet as much as I was. Vet staff apologized for the wait time despite me not having an appointment due to a sudden change in my pet's condition.

I took my new puppy here because in the past, they actually stayed open for my dog who had a breathing emergency- and was not even a patient there! They are loving, caring people. Some people say they are a little expensive. I wouldn’t know because I think all vets are expensive😂
My puppy was so relaxed after his first visit- he went straight to sleep- I was expecting drama because it was his first visit. I love their techs too- so friendly.

Our cat had not been eating very well, and my vet of many years was unable to work us in until the following week, but he needed to be seen. Monroe Family Pet Hospital gave me the option to be an add on the same day I called if I was willing to wait in my car for when they could work me in. They told me I may need to wait for awhile, but were very willing to make it happen if I could be flexible. From Monday through Friday during the course of his treatment and surgery, every aspect of their service was professional, caring and consistent. Dr. Reed was the main doctor that followed his care. She is a rock star! I highly recommend this facility! Excellence!

We took a stray cat that we found in immediately! The staff were attentive and quick. Elizabeth went out of her way to answer all my questions too. Highly recommend!
