I drove through the Park and felt comfortable as soon as I entered, I went to the office to apply for a place I like and the nice lady in the office was great with helping us . I hope I can call this one home

For a resident as my self, this is a fairly or i would say great trailer park, there are a few "abandoned" or "old and scruffed" trailers, but other then that its very homey once you get to know the place.

All fixer upper mobile homes. However it’s what you do with your home that makes it! A lot of trailers in here don’t look great many yards are eye soars that is the one thing I would suggest on the park working on changing. Not allowing people to let their mobile home look like trailer trash. It gives us all a horrible view reputation and people assume that we are all trashy because majority of people don’t care what their place looks like to the public. I Grew up here. Great area. Great wooded area and scenic nature. I have lived in here for 24 years plus and have never had any issues of having to worry about my safety or property . Everyone looks out for everyone that are long time residents
