From the moment I walked in I was treated with the utmost kindness. Check in was easy and even though they couldn't help with my issue, they treated me awesome. Deb was so nice and understanding. Will definitely go back when needed
I've taken my kids here many times as well as myself! Both NP that work there are wonderful. We felt listened to and cared for. As a busy mom, I love how easy it is to make an appointment online and can't believe how quick the visit is. No long waits. I only have one negative point and I wish I remembered which nurse it was but I dont- one nurse is particularly rough when doing the nose and throat swabs for testing. There is no reason to be rough. Mucous membranes are so tender already. Besides that, no complaints. We will definitely continue to use this urgent care. It's been a great convenience.
