“New(ish) hidden gem in Trenton! My husband and I pass through Trenton off and on to visit family. We live about 20 minutes away but we’ve always complained that there’s nowhere good to get coffee nearby in Trenton. Now I stand corrected! I got an iced Americano with extra half-and-half and sugar free white chocolate and butter toffee. It was chef’s kiss! So delicious. They serve Yield coffee and espresso, which I feel is roasted perfectly, it’s smooth but has some strength. The decor is perfect, modern, with some rustic touches, very clean and welcoming. Next time I’m going to try some of their coffee or tea flights! If you have time to just chill, they have ceramic mugs for any hot drinks which is something I love! There is some thing about drinking a latte in a ceramic mug that’s just better! Highly recommend this place to any coffee snobs like myself.”

“We live just down the street from this Y. We love it! We've participated in swimming lessons, soccer, and free swim. The outdoor pool is fantastic during the summer. The staff are friendly and patient. My kids also enjoy the babysitting/daycare, particularly when the staff are more hands on/playing with the kids. My only complaint is that I wish there was more free swim time...sometimes with classes going on, the indoor pool can be closed to free swim for big chunks of time, and it varies day to day/month to month, which can make it feel like a guessing game as to whether or not the pool is open.”

“Today I had my third visit with Aruna and I’m so glad our paths crossed! She has given me so much relief! The first time I came to her I was suffering from tinnitus due to an enormous amount of tension in my neck, shoulders and jaw (tmj issue). Each time I come I can feel more and more of the tension and tight muscles being relieved. The tinnitus remains, but I believe it is feeling better with each visit. It’s a hard nut to crack since I probably waited way too long to seek help, but I feel amazing and so much better than I did when I found her and I can only imagine it will get better each time. I can’t wait for my next session. She is so calm, understanding and knowledgeable when it comes to the human body and how all the muscles and nerves work, it’s just phenomenal. I highly recommend her!”
