I am medically complex and am IV dependent so switching insurance and infusion companies was so stressful. But they made it easy. It's very rigid when you are dealing with a time sensitive issue. The MyChart 10 minute late window is very unforgiving. Show up early. I wish they kept a half hour at the end of the day for make up appointments or if they get running late. Unless it has changed, if you need an appointment right away because you have the flu or sudden pain you have a better chance getting into an urgent care. I miss being able to see your regular physician for those issues.”

They told me to come in and they would take care of them. Boy did they, not only did they replace the screw but, they also made adjustments, tightened, and cleaned them.
