The woman Beth, I believe is Beth Ann is so nice and helpful, and the man, has always made sure I have found everything I need. He may be a bit crusty on the outside, but kill'em with kindness and it's always a pleasure doing business with them. Plus, this year they had an amazing free gift bag if you spent $60! Who can't spend $60 in a Hallmark store? Plus I got my snowman too!!”
