The Parker team is one of those rare business entities that is operating at peak efficiency and effectiveness. Translation: I am baffled I can't find any opportunities to improve for The Parker Team. One literally can't go wrong with them! They exceeded all of my expectations, which is frankly shocking. It has been years since a business professional has met this standard with me. Specifically, my property had 15+ offers within 3 days, all exceeding the asking price, and was successfully under contract by the 3rd of the 4th day. It successfully closed and yielded > $50,000 over my expectations. This is obviously related to the incredibly hot market in the area, but I am quite certain the process would not have proceeded nearly as smoothly if I had gone with a different team. I have run out of superlatives for the Parker Team. This has been by an incredibly wide margin my best experience with a Real Estate Broker, which is saying something, as I have purchased or sold > 15 properties. The Parker Team sets the standard for professionalism, efficiency, effectiveness, and ultimately their ability to delight the customer.”

She is so kind, so friendly and so gentle that you might just fall asleep...during a root canal. “Do NOT underestimate this place, they are fantastic! Even though they are newer and there aren't a lot of reviews/pictures yet, their service is more than spectacular. Food is always cooked fresh to order, bartenders are amazing and great to converse with. Best part is their $ 0.60 Wednesday wing night special 😁. I highly recommend getting traditional, and Cajun grilled with whatever sauce you like most (free tasters for any sauce). There's also a kids eat free night Sunday for parents! Top shelf liquor and plenty of wines to choose from. Do not confuse this TBirds with the location in Trenton. This location is WAY better, and recommend making the extra drive if necessary! Oh, and if you like bourbon I would suggest trying their Bourbon Breeze (special on Thursday, along with $5 appetizers) no matter what, you will enjoy your experience here.”

They also have a ton of "vintage" aircraft parts! There's a facility on the west coast, as well- that is larger and does more! Also, the owners are second to none. No really, they seriously are!
