Luke's Sewing Centers

So I just called with questions about my machine. He spent a good 10 minutes talking to me about good machines, bad machines, and what they offer. May not be today, but I will for sure be a customer in the future. I cannot wait to get a machine and lessons from them when they are able to offer again. When someone takes time to talk to someone who may never come in, to me, that not only fantastic customer service, but they also enjoy what they do and know what they are doing.

Several months ago I took a machine in because I thought it needed repaired, as it turns out it just needed a few minor adjustments and it is now working great. Recently I also purchased a refurbished used machine and on both occasions the staff was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They took so much time to explain everything I needed to know and didn’t just try to sell me the most expensive machine in the shop, but rather took time to understand what I actually needed. I will never shop anywhere else for a sewing machine!

I love the staff at Luke's! I had an error on my Elna that wouldn't clear - Jim and the staff there checked the sensors and then dug deeper to find the problem was just a tuft of thread that had lodged itself on one of the gears inside! Only took 10 minutes and there was no charge! This is superior customer service and I won't go anywhere else for my sewing needs!!

I have used Luke's at both the Amelia and the Erlanger locations. The staff is friendly and most helpful. I had a machine repaired at the Amelia location and they did a super job of getting my up and sewing in a timely manner. I also bought a new machine from Luke's and the price, quality and, importantly, customer service were second to none. I highly recommend Luke's for your sewing and quilting needs.
